Distilled from Molasses, Writer’s Block was our first foray into the rum world. Rather than introduce a plain white rum or traditional spiced rum, we looked towards other botanicals. To create this dry nod to the Mojito, we first double distill our base rum before infusing with mint and lime and redistilling. All components are distilled separately and then blended back together, batch by batch, according to taste. Great on the rocks or as a substitue for Gin or Tequila in cocktails, Writer’s Block is a refreshing addition and break from your liquor cabinet standards.
