Combining the tradition of Old World style Genever with the spirit of New American style Dry Gin, we produce our Gin from a split base of Pot Still Apple Brandy and Malt Whiskey. Distilled with Ten different herbs and spices, it's the addition of Spicebush in the final stage that gives it a truly regional and woodsy flavor. Rounded mouthfeel from the apple brandy combined with the earthiness of our botanicals offer a Gin that begs to be sipped neat while still shining in cocktails.
