Bone Shaker Whiskey

Eschewing tradition, BoneShaker starts with the same unorthodox mashbill as Dear Johnny. Almost equal portions of Barley, Rye and Oats are further enhanced with the addition of Roasted and Chocolate Malt. These flavors carry through to the final distillate to add another layer of flavor in this rich whiskey. Like all of our spirits, Bone Shaker is produced in a traditional Pot Still and then matured in our Solera system utilizing two different size barrels and continuous blending. Every batch is then blended to taste from our best barrels. Shows notes of Chocolate, Honey and Spice.
