The whiskey was originally pulled from our solera “Mother” barrel and contains portions of every whiskey we’ve ever made, some dating back to July 2015. The taste opens with Rye spice and oak before giving way to raisin and dark cherry. Everything comes together on the finish to create something akin to a blend of Dr. Pepper, Cola and Root beer combined but without the cloying sweetness of a soda pop. The “bones” of Bone Shaker are there but this is definitely a different whiskey. Limit 2 per customer please
